Controller
The controller is Claudio Micael de Sousa Fernandes, NIF 260889644, Avenida Joaquim Neves dos Santos 1168, 4460-125 Guifões, Portugal, benficaizeda306@gmail.com. This text is an informative placeholder for counsel to review.
Data
We process the name, email, country, and message you type in a quote or contact form; the bag contents stored in a first-party cookie; chat text; and, only if you ask and consent, a short voice clip sent to the configured transcription provider.
Purposes
To answer a request, to hand a goods order to Shopify checkout, to run the AI assistant, and to keep the security log of our own agents. Payment card data for goods is handled by Shopify, not by this site.
Recipients
Shopify processes the checkout. Printful or the supplier named on a product page may produce a made-to-order piece. Deepgram or Speechmatics receives audio only when voice is configured and you consent. A future Marca 369 OS adapter receives event metadata when it is configured.
Retention
Quote and contact requests are kept so they can be answered, and the software can delete records older than 24 months. Chat sessions expire after 12 hours in memory. You can ask for erasure at the privacy email, and the owner console can delete local requests for that email. That does not delete a Shopify account.
Foundry
The owner-only Foundry panel may read chat and request text after names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses are removed, and compare it with Shopify orders. The purpose is to see which phrases sit next to pieces that are kept or returned. The basis is the owner's legitimate interest in understanding their own shop, not a sale of the data. This version computes a local hash at the moment of the request and does not store it or send it to a model vendor. It is not a hardware enclave. Without enough volume the panel says the data is insufficient and shows no percentage. Foundry does not read Ephemeral Chat 369.
Ephemeral Chat 369
We see who buys credits. We never see your conversations: not us, not Shopify. The keys exist only in the two browsers. The server stores ciphertext until the room is destroyed or expires, then deletes it. A credit purchase records the email, the pack, and the price. That record is not linked to a room. There is no owner audit, no plaintext reveal, and no embedding of those messages. Credits do not expire: 100 messages cost €1.99, 500 cost €6.99, and 2000 cost €19.99, VAT included. We cannot stop the other person from taking a screenshot.
Rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can complain to the CNPD (https://www.cnpd.pt). There is no automated decision with legal effect.
