The full price, including shipping when it applies, is shown before you pay. For consumer goods you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014). New goods have a three-year legal guarantee of conformity (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021). Made-to-order goods may fall under the personalisation exception.

You can use the electronic complaints book at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt. For alternative dispute resolution (Lei n.º 144/2015) you can use CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, or another entity listed at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt.

Ephemeral Chat 369 is digital content, supplied when the redeem code reaches the browser that started checkout. By asking for that immediate delivery you waive the 14-day withdrawal for those credits (article 17 of Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014). Crime, threats, and abuse are forbidden.
